Trainee wellbeing has been an important topic of discussion for many years, but it was particularly developed over the last two years since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The HEE Thames Valley Professional Support and Wellbeing Service (PSWS) is organising their Trainee Wellbeing Event as an opportunity to promote the good work and projects developed by trainees across the region, while we hope to promote the local support offer to our trainees.
We are planning an afternoon event which will include the presentation of local trainee wellbeing projects, associated to a keynote speaker session with Adam Kay and workshops.

13:30 – Dean welcome message & presentation of short-listed regional trainee wellbeing projects
14:15 – Session with Adam Kay followed by prize announcement
14:45 – Tea Break
15:15 – Parallel Wellbeing Workshops (45 mins each; participants can attend 2 sessions)

Training work/life balance – rotas, contracts, LTFT changes
17:00 – Close of the day
