Welcome to Thames Valley's Wellbeing Resource Hub.

Here you will find a wide range of wellbeing resources, available to doctors, dentists and pharmacists in postgraduate training in Thames Valley, as well as some national resources.

This is website was created by one of the HEE-TV Trainee Improvement Fellows with the goal of creating a repository of all wellbeing resources. It is regularly updated to ensure these remain relevant for healthcare workers in postgraduate training in the region.

This hub is supported by the Professional Support and Wellbeing Service (PSWS) and complements its website.
